Opening a new local production for local consumption restaurant
We opened a new restaurant in Tohoku using the history and brand image of Chez Yamarai (Yamarai Inc.), Hiroshima’s oyster restaurant with over 110 years of history, to provide oyster dishes including its specialty, “oyster varie.”

A French bistro using a rich variety of locally produced foods was launched based on the concept unprecedented in Sendai in hopes of contributing to the recovery of primary industries greatly affected by the 3.11 disasters. It is also contributing to the creation of local employment.
